Speaking with THE WEEKEND STAR about the track, Edwards revealed that the collaboration came through a connection he made with multi-platinum Def Jam reggae/hip-hop artiste Kali Ranks. Edwards explained that Kali Ranks, a Jamaican by birth, already had the song and just needed someone to push it. The track, titled Monster, will include Chris Brown, up-and-coming female artiste Stephanie Adler and Edwards.

Edwards told THE WEEKEND STAR that having seen the success he had with his Tropical House Cruises to Jamaica album, Ranks was confident he was the right person to promote the track.

“Ever since the success of the Tropical House Cruises to Jamaica album (which did 19 weeks on the billboard reggae Charts top 10 and four weeks at number one), a lot of artistes have been reaching out to me. One of the artistes who linked me was Kali Ranks. He wanted Contractor Music Group to distribute and promote his song with Chris Brown through our partners, Amada Records,” Edwards said.

With feature stories in People Magazine, USA Today, US Magazine and numerous other global publications, the million-dollar question that fans want answered is, did Ed Sheeran get married to fiancee Cherry Seaborn?

While he has not given a definitive answer to the question, he hinted at it during his recent interview with Access Online by pointing to a ring on his finger when asked if he had picked a date for his wedding.

The notoriously private singer who had one of the biggest songs, Shape of You, in 2017, announced his engagement in January. In 2005, shortly after his release, G-Dinero relocated to Atlanta, Georgia. While in Atlanta, he immediately gained recognition on Atlanta’s top radio stations, V103 and Hot 107.9, with songs like “In My State” featuring DSGB. Another G-Dinero dirty south classic is “That’s Gangsta Dogg” featuring Bun B (UGK). Within that same year, life abruptly changed for G-Dinero. Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans and members of his family perished, followed three months later by the death of his sister. Whoever said, “when it rains it pours” wasn’t joking. Engulfed in despair and difficult times after suffering such an insurmountable personal loss, G again rose up above the pain and tragedy to conquer the odds. In 2006, at The Urban Media Film Festival Video Awards, G-Dinero displayed a soldier’s heart as he graciously won Best Independent Video for “Waiting Fa Ma Season”, directed by Gabriel Hart.
